We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist with a strong background in payroll processing and HRIS systems to join our team on a contract basis. Responsibilities: • Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 600 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and manage payroll data within Paylocity, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. • Collaborate with HR teams to support various projects and initiatives. • Handle employee benefits administration, including updates and tracking. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues promptly. • Generate and review payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve payroll operations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing. • Proven expertise in using Paylocity for payroll operations. • Familiarity with full-cycle payroll processes, including managing payroll for large employee groups. • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their integration with payroll. • Ability to handle payroll for over 500 employees with efficiency and accuracy. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Solid understanding of payroll compliance and regulations. • Effective communication skills to interact with employees and HR teams.
