Customer Service Rep II
<p>We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Houston, TX. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistical operations, providing exceptional support to customers, and collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Manage logistics tasks including coordination with suppliers and validation of operational plans.</p><p>• Support billing and revenue accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.</p><p>• Assist in onboarding procedures for new team members and contingent workforce.</p><p>• Collaborate with business units to implement risk management strategies and ensure adherence to procedures.</p><p>• Handle public relations tasks to maintain a positive company image and relationships with stakeholders.</p><p>• Monitor and adapt to changes in utilities, NIS, and Nerc standards to maintain compliance.</p><p>• Participate in QA management to uphold quality standards across operations.</p><p>• Utilize decision-making skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.</p><p>• Ensure courteous communication and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service or logistics-related roles.<br>• Strong understanding of procedures, policies, and compliance standards.<br>• Proficiency in billing processes and revenue accounting.<br>• Ability to manage onboarding and staffing within a team environment.<br>• Familiarity with risk management practices and validation plans.<br>• Excellent communication and public relations skills.<br>• Knowledge of utilities, NIS, Nerc, and related standards.<br>• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
