Receptionist
We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and operations within our office. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position in the utilities and infrastructure industry, offering an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and directing inbound calls professionally and efficiently.<br>• Welcome visitors and guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and assisting with inquiries.<br>• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and maintaining office records.<br>• Coordinate onboarding processes and support new employee orientations.<br>• Assist with general office operations, including ordering supplies and keeping shared spaces organized.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts, including Spanish-speaking individuals when necessary.<br>• Maintain a positive and outgoing demeanor to foster a welcoming office environment.<br>• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
<p>• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role.</p><p>• Must be able to speak Spanish fluently </p><p>• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative tasks.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with Spanish-speaking individuals.</p><p>• Ability to work in a casual yet focused environment, maintaining a positive and personable attitude.</p><p>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and new employee orientations is preferred.</p><p>• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and schedules.</p><p>• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing excellent front desk service.</p>
