Payroll Administrator
<p>We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator who will play a key part in managing and processing payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll systems and a keen eye for detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and process payroll for employees in adherence to established timelines and policies.</p><p>• Utilize automated payroll systems to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.</p><p>• Verify and audit payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits.</p><p>• Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.</p><p>• Generate and distribute payroll reports for management review.</p><p>• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, or deductions.</p><p>• Assist with system updates and improvements to streamline payroll processes.</p><p>• Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of sensitive payroll information </p>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in using accounting and payroll software systems.<br>• Strong understanding of payroll functions, including processing, auditing, and compliance.<br>• Familiarity with automated payroll systems and tools such as About Time.<br>• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.<br>• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
