Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to support essential HR functions while fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR administration, onboarding processes, and employee relations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed efficiently.<br>• Maintain and update employee information within HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.<br>• Conduct background checks and verify employment details as part of the hiring process.<br>• Assist with administrative HR tasks, including organizing files and managing correspondence.<br>• Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.<br>• Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.<br>• Prepare reports and summaries related to HR activities for management review.<br>• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related topics and support their understanding of company policies.<br>• Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve HR operations.
• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.<br>• Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to manage employee data effectively.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding procedures.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to address employee needs effectively.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.<br>• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
