HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. As part of a contract to permanent opportunity, the ideal candidate will bring a broad range of HR expertise and a proactive attitude to support multiple functions within our organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage payroll processes on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.</p><p>• Administer employee benefits programs, providing guidance and addressing inquiries from staff.</p><p>• Oversee compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational policies.</p><p>• Post job openings and coordinate recruitment activities to support staffing needs.</p><p>• Conduct intake and investigations related to employee relations matters, offering attentive and confidential support.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS systems effectively, with a preference for experience in Workforce.</p><p>• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR programs that align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new team members.</p><p>• Provide general HR support across various functions within the organization.</p><p>• Contribute to creating a welcoming and productive work environment for all employees.</p>
• A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably with companies under 250 employees.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle diverse HR responsibilities without specializing in one area.<br>• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience in Workforce highly preferred.<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and assertive approach to problem-solving.<br>• Proven ability to manage payroll, benefits, and compliance processes effectively.<br>• Familiarity with employee relations investigations and handling sensitive matters.<br>• A proactive and hardworking nature, with a commitment to contributing to the organization's success.<br>• Interest in growing into a managerial role in the future.
