• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding. • Strong background in corporate recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough and structured interviews. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
