• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred• Minimum of 1+ years of accounting experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong attention to detail.• Strong knowledge of Excel and general ledger management.• Familiarity with manufacturing accounting software, such as Syteline or D365, is highly desirable.• Understanding of compliance standards, including SOX and organizational principles.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
