This is a hands-on Accounting Manager role ideal for someone who enjoys the variety and impact that comes with working in a smaller business environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Accounting Manager Role:</strong></p><p>The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing timely reporting to support decision-making. <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but NOT REQUIRED</li><li>3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Experience in a small business environment preferred—must be comfortable with a hands-on role</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul>
