The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or tech environments and excels at building strong teams while managing recruitment and onboarding processes. Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.• Drive high-volume recruitment efforts with a focus on manufacturing or technical roles.• Utilize e-recruitment platforms and tools to efficiently identify and engage top talent.• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support future hiring needs.• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.• Work closely with operations to align recruitment strategies with capacity management goals.• Leverage multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse candidates, if applicable.• Implement best practices in operations management to enhance recruitment processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment within manufacturing or technology industries. • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as e-recruitment platforms and Office SharePoint Server. • Strong knowledge of operations management and capacity planning. • Ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive improvement. • Experience in onboarding processes and building scalable teams. • Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently.
