<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.</p><p>• Proficiency in HR software systems a plus. </p><p>• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including FMLA and compliance standards.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations.</p><p>• Experience in benefits administration and recruitment processes.</p><p>• Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights.</p><p>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.</p>
