Office Administrator
<p>We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. This Contract to permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of tasks, from answering calls to managing data entry, while maintaining a detail-oriented and welcoming office environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>· Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes and voicemail messages.</p><p>· Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in guests professionally.</p><p>· Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including tagging and invoicing.</p><p>· Schedule customer appointments and follow-ups using the CRM and shared calendars.</p><p>· Order and maintain office supplies; keep the front office and conference room tidy.</p><p>· Assist with insurance certificate requests and electronic filing.</p><p>· Participate in weekly management meetings and contribute to internal process improvements.</p><p>· Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).</p>
• Previous experience in administrative assistance or office management.<br>• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing phone systems.<br>• Strong skills in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and maintaining a welcoming environment.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
