HR Generalist
<p>Robert Half is currently recruiting for an established and well-respected organization in Naples that is currently looking for an HR Generalist to their Human Resources team. This established company is dedicated to empowering its employees while fostering a dynamic and results-driven work environment. As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our organization’s human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of HR practices while delivering exceptional support to managers and employees.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and ensure efficient onboarding processes.</li><li>Employee Relations: Support the resolution of workplace challenges and foster a positive work environment by promoting communication and collaboration.</li><li>Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment, troubleshooting, and any necessary updates.</li><li>Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and assist in developing and updating organizational policies.</li><li>Learning & Development: Help design and implement training programs that support employee growth and development.</li><li>HR Metrics: Maintain HR-related data and prepare reports to measure employee engagement and performance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience.</li><li>Deep knowledge of federal and state labor laws.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR systems/software, such as HRIS.</li><li>Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
