This is a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge IT infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing hybrid Microsoft environments, ensuring seamless operations, and driving innovative technology solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory services to ensure optimal system performance and security.</p><p>• Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.</p><p>• Oversee virtualization platforms and tools, such as ESXi, vSphere, vMotion, and Veeam, to support backup and recovery operations.</p><p>• Utilize Azure IaaS and PaaS services to design and implement cloud-based solutions.</p><p>• Implement and manage endpoint solutions using tools like Intune or NinjaOne to ensure device security and compliance.</p><p>• Provide support for Microsoft SQL Server administration and assist with database management tasks.</p><p>• Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and load balancers, to maintain connectivity and security.</p><p>• Handle domain management tasks using platforms like Cloudflare and GoDaddy.</p><p>• Monitor system health using tools such as WhatsUp Gold and manage endpoint protection with solutions like SentinelOne.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, and improve operational efficiency.</p>

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering within hybrid Microsoft environments.<br>• Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.<br>• Expertise in virtualization tools, backup solutions, and recovery processes.<br>• Solid knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.<br>• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or NinjaOne.<br>• Familiarity with networking concepts, including switches, firewalls, and load balancers.<br>• Understanding of domain management platforms like Cloudflare and GoDaddy.<br>• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
