Sales Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position involves supporting our sales operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and draft contracts to support sales activities and ensure compliance with company standards.<br>• Coordinate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and communication within the team.<br>• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales data.<br>• Assist in managing documentation and reports related to sales operations.<br>• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow.<br>• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.<br>• Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including scheduling meetings and handling inquiries.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.<br>• Ensure all records and files are organized and easily accessible.<br>• Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating necessary documentation and communication.
• Proven experience in drafting contracts and managing related documentation.<br>• Familiarity with sales processes and best practices.<br>• Proficiency in using CRM platforms for tracking and managing sales data.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
