<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.</li><li>Experience with Windows and macOS environments.</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, and basic networking.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.</li><li>Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).</li><li>Experience supporting hybrid work environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
