<p>We are looking for a meticulous and organized Records Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Forest Grove, Oregon. This role involves handling sensitive documentation, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate thrives on managing details, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys collaborating in a team environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Audit files to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.</p><p>• Develop and maintain a calendar to track deadlines for reviews, renewals, and certifications.</p><p>• Schedule renewal trainings and ensure timely completion of required certifications.</p><p>• Manage medical cards, permits, and other compliance-related documents, ensuring they are valid and up-to-date.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with staff to provide reminders about upcoming renewals and deadlines.</p><p>• Organize and maintain records securely while respecting confidentiality requirements.</p><p>• Generate compliance reports and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.</p><p>• Utilize data management tools to streamline record-keeping processes.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve organizational workflows related to documentation.</p><p>• Ensure all files are systematically organized and easily accessible.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in records management or a related field.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.</p><p>• Proficiency in case management, calendar tracking, and data management.</p><p>• Familiarity with compliance reporting and regulatory requirements.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.</p><p>• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</p><p>• Bilingual Spanish / English a plus </p>
