• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related role. • Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client relationships and streamline processes. • Strong knowledge of billing functions and collection procedures. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for handling customer inquiries and team collaboration. • Ability to analyze account data and generate actionable insights. • Experience in managing inbound calls and resolving billing issues effectively. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate financial records. • Familiarity with industry best practices in collections and customer service.
