<p>One of our valued clients in Everett is on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join their expanding accounting team. This contract role offers the chance to make an immediate impact by tackling a backlog of invoices and supporting full-cycle A/P operations.</p><p>If you're ready to jump in, streamline processes, and bring clarity to the numbers - this is your moment to shine! Tipalti and or Ramp software required. </p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Process 200+ invoices weekly using full-cycle A/P procedures</p><p>Manage credit card transactions and perform reconciliations</p><p>Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payments</p><p>Maintain organized records and documentation</p><p>Identify and resolve discrepancies in a proactive manner</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Proven experience in Accounts Payable</p><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p><p>Self-starter with the ability to work independently</p><p>Experience with Ramp and Tipalti software required </p><p>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</p>
