Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for a high-traffic event in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This contract position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage visitor interactions effectively, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all attendees. If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments and engaging with diverse groups of people, this role could be a perfect fit.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the flow of approximately 300 visitors daily, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.</p><p>• Utilize provided technology, such as an iPad, to process tickets and register visitor information accurately.</p><p>• Address attendee inquiries and provide clear, helpful responses to ensure their needs are met.</p><p>• Maintain and distribute essential event materials, such as price sheets and floor plans, ensuring availability throughout the day.</p><p>• Welcome guests upon arrival and direct them to appropriate areas within the venue.</p><p>• Stay on your feet for extended periods while managing visitor interactions, with occasional opportunities to sit during breaks.</p><p>• Present an appearance that aligns with business-casual attire guidelines.</p><p>• Collaborate with event staff to ensure all aspects of guest services operate efficiently.</p>
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with diverse groups.<br>• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in high-pressure situations.<br>• Comfortable using technology, including devices like iPads, for event-related tasks.<br>• Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting event timelines.<br>• Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of making guests feel welcome.<br>• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during the event.<br>• Prior experience in customer service or event coordination is preferred but not required.
