Customer Service
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that involves providing exceptional support to clients through phone and in-person interactions, as well as assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, patience, and attention to detail to this dynamic role.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls daily, by providing accurate and detailed information on policies and procedures.</p><p>• Enter data accurately into monthly audit reports for account management.</p><p>• Handle occasional administrative projects that extend beyond daily call management.</p><p>• Attend and actively participate in monthly team meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.</p><p>• Assist walk-in clients with purchases and cashiering services.</p><p>• Process minimal sign-ups for realtor assistants with efficiency and accuracy.</p><p>• Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor during all client interactions, whether over the phone or in person.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining focus and professionalism.<br>• Strong attention to detail and a patient approach to problem-solving.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and basic cashiering tasks.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as CRM software, Epic Software, and Avaya CMS is preferred.<br>• Capability to adapt to various computer programs and systems with ease.<br>• Experience in handling billing and benefit functions is a plus.
