Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dacono, Colorado. This contract position offers an opportunity to engage directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met while delivering high-quality service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and accuracy.<br>• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system.<br>• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.<br>• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to offer accurate information to customers.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless handling of customer requests and issues.<br>• Participate in community events and initiatives to foster positive relationships with customers.<br>• Track and document customer interactions in the system for reference and quality assurance.<br>• Uphold company standards for customer service excellence at all times.<br>• Assist with special projects or tasks related to customer service as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in order entry systems and handling customer transactions.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.<br>• Familiarity with community engagement or event participation is a plus.<br>• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.<br>• Comfortable working in a contract position.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required.
