Document Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our team in Encino, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide critical administrative support to the operations department, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of documentation. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and utilize your expertise in document management systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize, review, and maintain company documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Provide administrative support to the operations department by managing document workflows and processes.<br>• Utilize accounting software systems to track and manage financial documentation.<br>• Create, edit, and format documents using Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu.<br>• Process accounts payable documentation and assist in auditing financial records.<br>• Support budget preparation and monitoring processes by managing relevant documentation.<br>• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and efficient document management.<br>• Implement and maintain document control procedures to meet organizational standards.<br>• Assist in troubleshooting document-related issues within various systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management or administrative support roles.<br>• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ADP and About Time.<br>• Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu for document editing and formatting.<br>• Familiarity with financial functions such as accounts payable, auditing, and budget processes.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments.<br>• Knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
