Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Encino, California. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys assisting customers with their inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to inbound calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer needs and concerns.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service support in a call center environment.</p><p>• Accurately input and update customer data into internal systems.</p><p>• Manage email correspondence with clients and resolve inquiries effectively.</p><p>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently to meet service objectives.</p><p>• Utilize VoIP systems to communicate with customers and maintain call quality.</p><p>• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer service requests.</p><p>• Process order entries with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and document customer information.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment.<br>• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Familiarity with VoIP systems and voice over internet protocol (VoIP) communication.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>• Ability to manage email correspondence and resolve client inquiries.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
