Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in El Segundo, California. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to manage front desk operations and provide support to various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and attentive first impression.<br>• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.<br>• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparation of meeting spaces.<br>• Manage timelines for administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.<br>• Provide support for construction project documentation and scanning.<br>• Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.<br>• Collaborate with team members to maintain master schedules for ongoing projects.<br>• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.<br>• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office operations.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Familiarity with construction project management or scheduling is a plus.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
