• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial operations.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management.<br>• Strong skills in preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.<br>• Ability to identify and implement process improvements in financial operations.<br>• Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.<br>• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
