• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Proficiency in overseeing month-end close processes and preparing financial reports. • In-depth understanding of tax compliance, including payroll, sales, and use taxes. • Familiarity with document scanning and other financial tools or systems. • Proven ability to manage accounts payable and receivable operations effectively. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement. • Ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment with a hands-on and team-oriented approach.
