Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives within our organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will manage schedules, coordinate travel plans, and ensure meetings run smoothly. Based in Denver, Colorado, this is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain and organize executives' calendars to optimize time and efficiency.<br>• Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Prepare and schedule executive meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are accounted for.<br>• Handle both domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience.<br>• Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of executives, maintaining confidentiality.<br>• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation required for meetings.<br>• Monitor deadlines and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.<br>• Address any last-minute changes to schedules or travel plans with efficiency and a focus on detail.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.<br>• Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate complex travel arrangements.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.<br>• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.
