<p>We are looking for an experienced Controller for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in revenue recognition, month-end close processes, and audit preparations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage accounts receivable processes for enterprise accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely collections.</p><p>• Oversee month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.</p><p>• Prepare for and successfully navigate organizational audits, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.</p><p>• Handle purchase price allocation audits and related financial assessments.</p><p>• Ensure proper revenue recognition practices, maintaining clean and straightforward financial records.</p><p>• Utilize Zoho and QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and reporting.</p><p>• Develop and maintain detailed financial documentation to support organizational initiatives.</p>
• Proven experience in month-end close processes and financial reporting.<br>• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and practices.<br>• Proficiency in using Zoho and QuickBooks for financial management.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.<br>• Ability to manage and oversee audit processes with accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining clean financial records.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
