The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and support various accounting functions. Responsibilities:• Verify, post, and accurately code accounts payable transactions.• Process and print accounts payable entries while maintaining organized records.• Prepare and manage 1099 documentation to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.• Organize and maintain accounts payable files, ensuring easy access and proper documentation.• File and manage invoices systematically to support efficient retrieval and record-keeping.• Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data for reporting and decision-making purposes.• Contribute to special accounting projects as assigned, supporting broader organizational goals.

• Proficiency in accounts payable processes, including verification, posting, and coding. • Experience handling accounts receivable tasks and maintaining accurate records. • Ability to perform bank reconciliations with attention to detail. • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and its functionalities. • Skill in coding invoices and ensuring proper classification. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards.
