Purchasing Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to the purchasing department, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office while contributing to the company's success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist with processing invoices and ensuring accurate documentation for billing purposes.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized records.</p><p>• Collaborate with the purchasing team to support procurement activities.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, analyzing, and managing purchasing-related data.</p><p>• Ensure timely and efficient invoice processing to meet department deadlines.</p><p>• Provide general administrative support to the accounting and purchasing departments.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures in purchasing operations.</p><p>• Prepare reports and summaries related to purchasing activities as required.</p>
• High school diploma or equivalent.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing processes.<br>• Familiarity with invoice processing and purchasing operations.<br>• Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.<br>• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
