In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and resolving outstanding accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections in a detail-oriented environment. • Strong knowledge of credit and collections processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for resolving account issues. • Proficiency in managing billing collection activities and maintaining accurate records. • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends impacting collections. • Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems used in credit and collections. • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to collections.
