People Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented People Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, focusing on data accuracy, compliance, and employee record management. The role requires a commitment to confidentiality and collaboration within a hybrid work environment (on-site Tuesday through Thursday).<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to maintain the integrity of employee records.<br>• Assist in managing and updating employee records to ensure compliance and reliability.<br>• Review and analyze offer letters to confirm alignment with organizational standards.<br>• Utilize systems such as PeopleSoft and ServiceNow to streamline HR processes.<br>• Uphold a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.<br>• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders to provide clarity and support.<br>• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain workflow efficiency.<br>• Adapt quickly to new systems and tools to enhance operational effectiveness.<br>• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring organized and precise outputs.<br>• Provide support for compliance-related tasks and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.<br>• Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.<br>• Familiarity with systems like PeopleSoft and ServiceNow is strongly preferred.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions.<br>• Experience with Adobe Acrobat for document management and review.<br>• Capacity to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• 0-2 years of experience in a related field or industry, with a high school diploma or equivalent education.
