We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Downtown Dallas. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top talent for our organization. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our hiring processes. Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.• Monitor market trends and adapt recruitment strategies to remain competitive in attracting top talent.• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility in the talent market.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within corporate environments. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. • Exceptional interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical and soft skills. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers effectively. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to hiring. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
