<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Downtown Dallas. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top talent for our organization. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our hiring processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</p><p>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.</p><p>• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.</p><p>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.</p><p>• Monitor market trends and adapt recruitment strategies to remain competitive in attracting top talent.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.</p><p>• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.</p><p>• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility in the talent market.</p>
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within corporate environments.<br>• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.<br>• Exceptional interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical and soft skills.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.<br>• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers effectively.<br>• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to hiring.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
