We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Crystal Lake, Illinois. This role offers the opportunity to manage comprehensive bookkeeping tasks while contributing to financial planning and analysis. As a Contract-to-permanent position, it is ideal for individuals seeking long-term growth and stability.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in all financial records.<br>• Post and reconcile transactions, including debits, credits, and account statements.<br>• Oversee cash flow management by planning, tracking, and forecasting financial activities.<br>• Prepare financial projections to support strategic decision-making and broader financial planning initiatives.<br>• Manage credit lines utilizing a borrowing base structure effectively.<br>• Facilitate a smooth transition as a long-standing team member departs.

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.<br>• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks software.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.<br>• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.<br>• Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.<br>• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial tracking.
