Your ability to handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with industry standards will be integral to our operations. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update financial records for the company, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner. • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial data and generate necessary reports. • Oversee inventory-related financial activities, including floor plan financing. • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and dealership standards. • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and resolve issues. • Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs. • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

• At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the car dealership industry. • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Experience with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. • Familiarity with dealership-specific procedures, including floor plan financing and inventory management. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
