Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a dynamic real estate and property environment. Based in Coral Gables, Florida, this is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering the opportunity to grow within the organization while contributing to its success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to completing office tasks efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing files.</p><p>• Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and direct them appropriately.</p><p>• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p>• Assist in data entry and record-keeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.</p><p>• Support team members in various projects and tasks to enhance overall productivity.</p><p>• Ensure the office environment remains orderly and well-maintained at all times.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Please send your resume to: Jacqueline.Mejia@Roberthalf and call Jacqueline @ 786-698-7072</p>
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.<br>• Proficiency in basic office skills, including document handling and communication tools.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with standard office equipment and software applications.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.<br>• A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task completion.
