We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently</li><li>Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies</li><li>Handle subcontractor payments, lien releases, and prevailing wage documentation as required</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>Assist with weekly check runs, ACH/wire payments, and expense reports</li><li>Maintain organized AP files and support month-end closing activities</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to address billing and payment inquiries</li></ul>

<ul><li>2+ years of accounts payable experience (construction industry strongly preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with construction-related AP processes (subcontractor billing, lien waivers, prevailing wage)</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, Procore, QuickBooks, or similar)</li></ul>
