We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will deliver exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position offers a contract-to-permanent opportunity within the healthcare industry, providing a chance to grow and develop your skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online portals.<br>• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.<br>• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.<br>• Process invoices and payments with attention to detail.<br>• Utilize customer portals to track and update order statuses.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date information in relevant systems.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns.<br>• Monitor and report any recurring issues to improve customer service processes.<br>• Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze customer data.<br>• Provide consistent and detail-oriented communication to build strong client relationships.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.<br>• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with customer portals and invoice processing.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
