<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience managing IT projects</li><li>Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project frameworks</li><li>PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li></ul>
