Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting our wholesale distribution operations by delivering exceptional service to customers and assisting with order management. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Process and manage sales orders for services and installations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Schedule service appointments and installation times while coordinating with builders and customers.<br>• Update and maintain order information in the Service Works system.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and ensure smooth operations.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other web-based portals to manage data effectively.<br>• Respond to email correspondence promptly and accurately.<br>• Take detailed notes and actively learn company systems and processes.<br>• Provide friendly and goal-oriented customer interactions to maintain a positive experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with web-based portals.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<br>• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.<br>• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
