We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and assistance to our B2B clients in the telecom services industry. This long-term contract position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a background in logistics or customer service. • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or logistics environment.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling B2B client interactions.<br>• Proficiency in managing order entry systems and related software.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.<br>• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.<br>• Familiarity with logistics processes and terminology is an advantage.<br>• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.<br>• Adaptability to learn and use company-specific systems and tools.
