Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and payment tracking. • Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare relevant financial reports. • Handle billing operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation. • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall accounting workflows. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. • Respond to inquiries related to financial transactions and provide solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
