The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, optimizing cost structures, and supporting our business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of cost accounting practices, particularly within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.• Develop and maintain standard cost models to ensure accurate financial reporting.• Prepare detailed cost analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.• Monitor inventory valuation and ensure proper cost allocation.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost accuracy and efficiency.• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing processes.• Investigate variances and discrepancies in cost data to ensure reliability.• Support budgeting and forecasting activities with cost-related insights.• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to cost accounting.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing setting. • Proficiency in standard cost accounting practices and cost analysis. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Familiarity with inventory valuation and cost allocation methods. • Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
