Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Carlsbad, California. This role is ideal for candidates with hospitality experience, particularly in hotel settings, as it involves similar tasks in managing office space rentals. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming environment.</p><p>• Manage reservations and scheduling using Microsoft Office Suite and other systems.</p><p>• Perform light cleaning duties such as wiping down surfaces and unloading dishwashers to maintain a tidy workspace.</p><p>• Reset rooms and arrange decor to prepare spaces for new occupants and showcase them to prospective clients.</p><p>• Sort and distribute mail to customers promptly and accurately.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the office, ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a detail-oriented manner.</p>
• Previous experience in reception or hospitality roles, preferably in a hotel or office rental setting.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reservation systems.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and outgoing personality.<br>• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and maintain a neat workspace.<br>• Reliable and punctual, with availability Monday through Friday during business hours.<br>• Attention to detail when preparing spaces for clients and handling mail distribution.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
