This role leads key financial operations—reporting, payroll, AR, cash flow, audits, and controls—while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong GAAP and accounting leadership background with strategic finance experience</li><li>Experience in operational or AR-intensive businesses, preferably in service industries </li><li>Proven cash flow and working capital management capability with strategic financial planning experience</li><li>Experience with managing banking relationships and credit facilities</li><li>Multi-entity experiences preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Sage (required)</li><li>CPA or CMA strongly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and accountability for results </li><li>Strategic thinking with ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights</li><li>Experience in family-owned or multi-generational businesses preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Major Keys</strong></p><ul><li>CPA </li><li>Auditing </li><li>Tech Experience Including Microsoft Word, Excel Etc.</li><li>Comfortable working with a high-level team </li><li>Industry- Distribution, Manufacturing, Production </li></ul><p>Interested?
