The position offers a hands-on role in overseeing and managing financial operations. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes.• Develop and implement effective document control systems for financial records.• Organize and scan financial documents for efficient storage and retrieval.• Compile and maintain comprehensive documentation to support audits and financial reviews.• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial workflows and processes.• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.• Ensure proper handling of sensitive financial information and maintain confidentiality.• Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.• Support the organization’s financial planning and budgeting efforts.

• Proven experience as a Controller, preferably within the solar industry. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles. • Proficiency in document control, scanning, and organizing financial records. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Familiarity with financial software and tools to streamline processes. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
