We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Leominster, Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance expert with strong leadership skills and expertise in corporate accounting. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:• Provide leadership in corporate accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.• Manage month-end closing activities, including reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.• Facilitate external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.• Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting operations.• Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Proven experience in corporate accounting.• Expertise in month-end and year-end close processes.• Familiarity with external audit procedures and requirements.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
