Responsibilities:• Manage the implementation of organizational systems to optimize financial operations.• Prepare and oversee upcoming financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Collaborate with the Director of Finance on various ad hoc financial tasks and projects.• Develop and maintain financial reports to support decision-making processes.• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements.• Support strategic planning by providing accurate financial insights and forecasts.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.• Monitor and control budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

• Proven experience in managing financial audits and ensuring compliance. • Expertise in system implementation and optimization. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles and practices. • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in financial software and tools. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
