Office Services Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all supplies, inventory, and mail services are handled efficiently across a multi-floor environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to supporting office functionality.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and replenish inventory for snacks, beverages, and office supplies across 22 floors.<br>• Oversee the organization and operations of two distribution rooms, including shipping and receiving tasks.<br>• Handle light inter-office mail distribution and coordinate FedEx shipments.<br>• Manage coffee stations, dishware, and related supplies to ensure availability.<br>• Maintain copy rooms by restocking office supplies and keeping them organized.<br>• Conduct regular inventory checks and promptly address any shortages.<br>• Assist with clerical duties such as scanning documents and filing.<br>• Answer inbound calls and provide receptionist support as needed.<br>• Ensure timely delivery of services to support overall office operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in office or administrative support roles.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Proficiency in handling clerical tasks including scanning and document management.<br>• Excellent communication skills for answering calls and coordinating services.<br>• Familiarity with inventory management and replenishment processes.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-floor environment.<br>• Experience with mail handling and shipping services.<br>• Knowledge of basic office equipment and supplies management.
